APPLICATION
Step 1: Remove the paper backing from the filing surfaces. Step 2: Attach the fine and coarse filing surfaces to the respective sides of the DuoSoft foot file using the adhesive. Step 3: Treat affected areas with back-and-forth motions, starting with the coarse grain and finishing with the fine grain. Step 4: Rinse under running water after each use. Step 5: Once the adhesive filing surface has worn out, simply peel it off and apply a fresh one. Note: The foot file must be completely dry before applying the adhesive surfaces.

WARNINGS
Do not use on open wounds or injuries. If you have diabetes, hemophilia, or allergies, consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this product. Store in a dry location. Keep out of reach of children.
