You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

– on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the last item, provided that you have ordered multiple items as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, though it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the deadline expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the most economical standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract, or deliver them to Rheinische Straße 36, 42781 Haan, Germany. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods if this reduction results from handling that was not necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions and Expiration of Right to Withdraw

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

• for the supply of goods that are not pre-made and whose production is substantially determined by the consumer's individual choice or specification, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs;
• for the supply of goods that are perishable or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly;
• for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion, but which cannot be delivered until at least 30 days after contract conclusion and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the seller's control;
• for the supply of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts

• for the supply of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• for the supply of goods that, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
• for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
